The 2019 Sidelight Cabernet Sauvignon incorporates exceptional, hand harvested fruit from our small partner growers in Western Yountville. Within the site we conduct meticulous blending trials to understand the vineyard’s contributions to the overall flavor and texture of the finished wine. By carefully integrating these individual lots, we create a rich spectrum on the palate and cohesive expression of Napa Valley.
TASTING NOTES
The 2019 vintage Sidelight Cabernet Sauvignon off ers an inviting inky color, deep blue and black fruit aromas with hints of dark plum and cocoa. A lush palate of textured tannins leads the way with flavors of decadent dark fruit, black cherry, anise and cedar with a well structured, earthy finish.
